About Me!

ChipperChelseaKay

ChipperChelseaKay

Hey there, I'm Chelsea! I've suffered from severe OCD and Tourette Syndrome (along with the other illnesses included in the Deluxe OCD package such as Depression and Anxiety) It has changed my life completely. Now I am on my way to becoming a therapist and am completing my year-long residency! This life has come with soul-crushing relapses and unimaginable growth. I do not believe there is one without the other. This blog began in the midst of an emotional crisis with an attempt to make a positive out of a negative. It now acts as a place for mental health awareness and life lessons. Join me as we continue to learn!
